ENTREPRENEURSHIP COMPETENCES FOR
Youth Transformation

Description: Entrepreneurship is often seen as a means of transforming not only businesses but also the individuals who pursue it. Through entrepreneurship competencies, young people can undergo a transformational journey that not only enhance their personal growth but also leads to societal development.
The training will disseminate knowledge and skills to youth on several key employment and entrepreneurship competencies.
Some of the primary competencies connected to the increased possibility of employment of young people are career management and the creation of individual development plans. The project will teach the youth what are the models and key elements of career development; how to set their own vision, mission, and personal SMART goals, as well as how to construct an individual development plan. Additionally, the youth will have the opportunity to test their personality against different possible careers.
Moreover, one of the key competencies of entrepreneurship is innovation. Young people who possess this competence can think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to problems. By constantly seeking innovative solutions, young entrepreneurs become more adaptable to change and can remain resilient in the face of challenges. In this regard, the project will include training on "Creative problem solving and development of business ideas" The training is based on the creative problem-solving methodology and techniques such as brainstorming, SCAMPER, COCD box for ideas categorization and ideas evaluation matrix.

Costs: Participation fee is 70 EUR. Travel expenses from Germany to Macedonia and return will be reimbursed up to max. 275 EUR.
Accommodation: The accomodation costs are covered. During the days of the training course participants will be accommodated in Gîtes Mosaïques.
Travel: You can also stay 2 days longer or arrive 2 days earlier and explore the area at your own expense.
